Update review Sept 2025 Talked with Jay directly and he was very accommodating to make things right. He went out of his way to personally look after all the issues and address the poor service. He let me know that the person that looked after all these items no longer works there. Nice to know he did what was needed to keep up the excellent service that he had before. 2 guys came out today, worked on removing the old caulking and replaced it.
