I don’t usually do this but I have to leave a review. This realtor has no clue what he’s doing. My father used him to sell his home a few years back during the height of this housing market. Rushed every thing he did. Told me “I’ve been doing this for years don’t tell me what I know and don’t know” listed the house for 575k. I told him in this market please list for 700k it’s a sellers market. He goes no well get a bidding war going.
