I have been going to this practice for several years now, and overall have had a great experience. I've had NP Amanda Whitney as my provider for most of that time and cannot say enough good things about her. She is an absolutely exceptional provider, who really cares about her patients. She takes the time to get to know you and learn what your individual needs are. I have been with this practice for many years, through illness, surgery sign offs and follow ups, and now into my next era of life (arthritis and menopause, anyone?). They have always been accessible through appointments, my chart, and even an occasional call to the doctor on call. I referred my husband to this practice. They are amazing. Special shout out to Dr. Yousatis and Dr. Tyroler for their patience and attentiveness!
No humanity in this office. Several phone calls of the front desk and nurses telling me I had to come into the office to get my basic paperwork completed (even though I was insurance-less) and turns out I didn't. Tyroler and his office scammed me over one hundred for what took less than a minute to deal with together with the dr. Also, I've been asking for days to get access to my own medical records because the portal is down. No response.
An insufferable office staff. Most nurses are extremely rude and do not care for patient comfort. None of the people who have ever answered the phone or been at the front desk have been kind or useful; not just to me, but to others also. I overheard one of the receptionists being absolutely so rude to an elderly woman having trouble understanding an insurance issue.
