Okay it's a snow storm and I'm driving in my GMC and the wipers stop so I immediately call GMC and the lady name Jackie in service department told me to bring it in so I did after struggling to get there she told me it'll be an couple of hours so I said ok and sat in waiting room and literally watch them not touch the GMC for the whole two hrs so I ask her about how much will it cost Jackie at service department will not tell me or put it in writing so 30 min later she comes up with the price of 900$ for the wipers to be rep... read more

Black Yukon AT4s with the 6.2L are nearly impossible to find. I found they had one available and I was first in line for it. It didn’t have all the options I wanted, but I decided I was buying it anyways. When we sat down to go over the numbers, I always check dealership math to see if they are trying to rip me off, and they were. They were also getting $7000 above MSRP due to the demand and shortage. Why try to rip someone off on the back end? Must be common practice for them. If anyone has purchased a vehicle, check your contract. If they start with a high monthly payment at a given interest rate, they add things to the back end. You end up paying for things they say are free, and it’s on your contract. They are charging you for it and hiding it in the monthly payment. It’s called price packing. I went in to the dealership wanting a new car. I guessed they seen the desperation in me and took full advantage of me! They told me I can only get the car I wanted in a lease. That's when they "clubbed" me! They all got paid on my sale. I was nothing but a come up! I'm almost done paying this lease off since I can't go to ownership because the residual amount is more than the car is worth! I wont be returning to Jay Buick again, and I'm telling everyone I know about my experience so they wont take advantage of them!

Our records indicat that there was no ***** ********who purchased a vehicle fro us. The closesed client i can find was a ******** ********* with the sane email used here. The client had negative equity on a vehicle that was traded in at the time in excess of $6,000. None of the managers that are currently employed here now were here in December of 2016. My speculation is that the incentives on the lease were more benificial at the time for the client and that is probaply why they suggested the client lease. James *****

This company is horrible in the service department DAVID R******* attitude is nasty every single time I have visited this place. He seems as if he don't want to work as well as if the customers are bothering him. It was to the point where I would drive all away across town to get my car service instead. He need to treat customers as humans and not like a pain in the behind. Rude, don't follow up with the customer when he tells you he will call you the car is ready and very insulting. He has definitely lost my business.
