I wanted to let you know about the terrible service I received from Jay's Block and owner ****** *******. On 11/25 I reached out to him to set up a time to get a quote on my Unilock project. We set up a time for him to come out to my house to look at the project he was going to let me know a time but never reached back out. 12/4 I reached back out to see if he was still interested. Installed natural flagstone walkway in front of my shed that has two stones changing white and crumbling apart. Seal around stones is also coming loose. ****** came out and confirmed stones were bad and said he would replace them. Didn't here from him for awhile, so I called him and made an appointment wit him for repairs, 3 times. Did not show up or call and postpone. Last time I spoke to him he said he forgot and would get to it. That was a few weeks ago, still no response.

The step repair on our retaining wall looks great! ****** and his team were very professional, friendly and I could tell in chatting with him and his teammate that they really cared about doing a nice job, and that we were happy with their work. They take pride in their workmanship ****** really went out of his way to match the new block with our old existing block! Nice to know we have a go to company that we can trust should we have new projects we would like to have done. Thanks again!
