Friendly, knowledgeable
Too rushed
First, Dr. Berger said she would be ready to go to discuss about my son and he said she, and then he apologized. The medicine, which was prescribed, which he discussed extensively during the Virtual visit, didn't even go to the pharmacy, I had to call twice to get it going again. I'm not sure if it is his fault or the relay, the prescription, but the whole thing has been very upsetting to me.
The dr didn't offer to help me get school services for my daughter.
Dr. Berger was amazing! My child loved his first visit from the environment of the office, to the staff being funny and making feel comfortable while taking blood out and getting shots and Dr.Berger was great!
He was very nice, and created a rapport with my very shy son by being funny. He answered my questions.
No one is perfect. But I'm happy with the provider.
The doctor was very thorough and patient with me and my child. He took the time to really examine him and make sure he didn't miss anything.
Dr. Berger and the office staff are compassionate and helpful. He takes his time during each visit to listen and provide advice/feedback. Dr. Berger is both careful and efficient. He has a great personality and engages directly with the patient to make them feel safe and seen. My child really likes him. The staff is super friendly and very accommodating and appear to enjoy where they work.
