My rating of 3 is NOT because of Dr. Bender or his associates. The rating is for the office. I’ve already had to reschedule my next appointment because my MRI results were never sent to the imaging center. My next appointment is next Wednesday. Today is Friday, and they closed early. A total of FOUR incorrect orders have been sent. I just talked to a very patient lady at the imaging center. Dr. Bender’s office had sent a copy of the first wrong order yesterday. Dr. Bender did a knee replacement and a hip replacement on me. Not at the same time.Everything he and his PA told me was accurate. I have no complaints. My knee and hip are working out fantastic. He and his staff did a great job taking care of me. He was always honest and the outcome is great!
All the doctors in this office are extremely exceptional doctors.
I have had a hip and both knees replaced by Dr. bender and his P. A. Erin . They have always been caring and generally concerned about my welfare. I have seen the foot/ankle specialist ; Dr. Michnick and he was also very kind and caring. I have been referred to their preferred back Dr and will definitely be seeing her . front of house to back of house And imaging this is by far the BEST Practice in Denton, Tx Jessica the medical assistant is amazing.. if you're looking for successful joint replacement this is the place to go... read more
