That they don’t want no money or they just doesn’t want sell to me weirdness
RecommendedJay Bell did my state inspection 2 years ago and basically I was satisfied with their work. This year I may b\need a new fuel pump, so it may be more complex. As for now, no complaints. Would recommend.
When made appointment on phone, I asked about how long appointment would take. Lady said about half hour so I planned to just wait there. When got there the guy said having trouble with another vehicle. Would be hour to hour and half. Thankfully found a ride. Kept waiting for call to say finished. Called them and said they went to lunch and car on list. Wasn’t done for 3 1/2 hours! Then when told lady that she had told me would take half hour on phone, she lied and said she didn’t. Great guy and does great work.
Here's how you do better: don't do repairs that aren't necessary just to make a buck off a low income single mother who just escaped domestic violence. don't break parts off of client's cars then refuse to fix them without charging more money. don't let your dogs run wild where they can bite customers. You should be ashamed of yourself.
