I used Lev Mills during 2012 to list a home for me as a rental. His work and business ethics were horrible. He miscommunicated to me and several potential renters with matters such as rent amount, move in / move out dates, if certain appliances were staying, etc. He even told my renter new carpet was being put down before move in. I had to move previous tenant out during mid month which left home untidy for new move in.
