Absolutely unresponsive, unprofessional attorney. Has zero interest in your case, does not stay on top of things and seems clueless when he does show up. Doesn't take timely action during his occasional disappearances and will cost you tons of money with lack of effort, knowledge and action. So bad we had to report to the State Bar and Board of Professional responsibility. Avoid this firm, who's reputation was built on the father now basically retired, but avoid this guy at all costs, especially ladies.

Aside from the fact he’s unprofessional with a Napoleon complex- he’s unethical as they come. Instead of sticking to the facts of the case he thinks yelling absurd statements is the way to go. If you want to scrap the bottom of the barrel and go with a weasel- a rat in clothes - go with him. He will take your money - show up late- lie and throw tantrums in Front of the Judge like the little kid. He will be an embarrassment to you and to your case. If you want professional and intelligent please go elsewhere.
Jay Jackson is all about making a lot of money and pleasing his partners above being there for his clients. He pocketed ALL the proceeds I received in a settlement. He never showed me the bill for his services or even invited me back to his office when I came down to finish my proceedings with him. Just stood with me on the front entrance as he told me I would not be receiving any more money. I should have demanded more but my elderly father was ill and I let it go.
