Phone calls - no answers and messages ignored. They did NOT cancel the item as I asked many times leaving messages because their phone is never picked up. I even left the Order ID. Now I have no clue where it is and no one is helping. Going to report this to the BBB and dispute with the bank.
The employees here = terrible do not use them at all go anywhere else
Their products are amazing, but their customer service isn't great. It's always "let me transfer you to a manager" and she is horrible. It's a shame because they have amazing, unique products but if something goes wrong with one of them, you don't want to have to deal with it. The process is huge. They also don't honor their own coupon codes. It's incredibly frustrating and I just won't be ordering from them anymore.
I’ve spent so much money with this company but not anymore. Just awful customer service. Especially Samantha. Refuse to take responsibility for their mistakes, which they’ve made quite a few in the last few weeks.
Insanely high quality bean bags. Have the cocoon in my living room and I use it every single day.
