There's no other gym like Jax Sports Fitness. With Kit Ruddock's help I strengthened an injured back (herniated discs), lost 25 pounds, competed in two BJJ competitions, and medalled in 1! In addition, Kit fostered my confidence in other areas and have been inspired to advance my career and audition for community theatre and commercials. Kit and Jax Sports Fitness don't just enhance your exercising, they change your life.
Great friendly place where everyone gets along like family. Lots of options for training. From Boot Camp workouts, Lift class, Muay Thai, BJJ, Boxing, Cardio Kickboxing, etc. You'll find something that you'll love to do here and get to meet and train with some great people!
This gym is great. Feels like a family and I always go home smiling!
Great workouts. Challenging but they make sure that your form is correct to avoid injury. Great atmosphere. Neighborhood gym.
