Beautiful and clean salon. Went to the Japanese head spa for the first time and had a magical experience. Definitely pricey but worth it to treat yourself with 90-minutes of shear bliss: scalp massage, hair wash and condition, and scalp steam. The blowout at the end was more of a blow dry only so as someone with 3A curls, this wasn’t a hairstyling that I cared for. That being said, now I know for the next time. Would definitely go again. Sage was great!
I had my first experience with a Japanese Head Spa procedure yesterday with an amazing esthetician, Sage! It was a restorative one-hour process that included scalp detoxing and rinsing and various, incredible massage techniques including a full arm and hand massage. There is even a magnification camera showing a before and after of your scalp which was very eye-opening! The Aveda products smell amazing and the constant steam and warm water and heated lounger made the entire experience a 10/10. Ask for Sage when booking!
I had such a wonderful experience at Jax salon today! My stylist was Anna and let me tell you, she knows what she is doing! I have long fine hair and she sparked it back to life. She is personable, listened to what I wanted and executed perfectly. I moved from Arizona two years ago and haven’t had it cut since then, but now I know exactly where I will be going for all of my hair needs. Thank you Anna and Jax salon for a great experience.
Jax is the perfect place for renewal. My first visit was for a tone and trim. I was welcomed, listened to, and able to relax. My second visit was at the new location-WOW! Japanese head message-AMAZING! The new location is beautiful, comfortable, and truly welcoming. What a well designed spa! Hannah turned me blond and did an excellent job. My hair feels so healthy and the color came out so natural. Her highlights were very delicate I’m so impressed. My greys are going to be completely camouflaged rather than color. I’m trying the Japanese head spa next week and taking my mom for massages the week after. (Gillian is a brilliant masseuse.
