The food was 5 stars. The oysters were the freshest I have had in a long time. The staff is outstanding and personable.
Jax is amazing. If you’re not dining there at least once while in LoDo, you’re doing it wrong. The food is only paralleled by the service. Best fruit de mer and oysters I’ve ever had. There’s no scoffing at the lobster Mac and cheese either. — with Katie Holden and Camden Wells Gfeller.
