Out of courtesy I informed the OWNER, Zach, that I had selected an alternate vendor to perform stripping and resealing of my pavers. He replied, "I didn't want to deal with it anyways." This is so UNPROFESSIONAL of a business to respond to customers in this manner. At this point I'm glad I did not select this company. Just saying, "buyer be ware"! Exceptional customer service and excellent results! We hired Jax Exterior to perform a soft wash on our 4,500-square-foot roof, as well as clean, sand, and seal the driveway and Lanai area. The outcome was phenomenal – our roof and driveway pavers look brand new. I highly recommend Jax Exterior for their outstanding service.
Gene and his partner did an excellent job today and our paver driveway looks great. They reset some pavers, cleaned, sanded and sealed our driveway. They arrived on time, had great equipment and worked hard all day to complete our paver driveway project in one full day! The company also provided thorough and timely estimates, final invoices snd payment receipts. Well done!
What a great crew! They got here first thing this morning as scheduled and worked non-stop until about 5:30 p.m. Services included exterior house soft wash, driveway and sidewalk pressure washing, and paver repair/clean/fill/seal. Very professional, hard working, and detailed. Everything looks amazing. They are coming back to clean my roof; and I also asked for a quote for driveway pavers. I highly recommend.
