RecommendedWe have been using Dogwatch Hidden Fences for about 2 years for our 3 dogs. The system works great and our dogs are safe to be in the yard without a leash. I highly recommend them. When we got our fourth dog, Finn, we knew that when he was old enough we would add him to the system. Well that day finally came and today was his big day. We had a phenomenal experience with Robin and Kirk. They were both very knowledgeable on fencing options and training techniques. We are so happy with this company. Their customer service is great, very hands on. I had a question after the installation and Robin answered my call while she was at the beach! The installation was very well done and we were left with step by step instructions for training our dog and so impressed when Robin came to our house with her dog to ensure we were at a point trust the system. We are so thankful we chose this company for our hidden fence. Our Bassett Hound has done extremely well with the system and is one happy dog to roam free on our 2 acres. Very professional and clean installation. Extremely great customer service with Robin. Very pleased customers!
Professional and responsive
I purchased two separate units, one for my Daughters house with a 4 year old 100 lb Pit Bull and another for my 4 month 40 lb and growing Pit Bull. Both dogs were trained on the system within 2 days BEFORE the electric current was turned on. Zero problems with either dog trying to leave the yard. I tell anyone that ask about JAX DOG WATCH....GHH Jr
Robin has provided us with great service for all our needs. The installation was seamless and the training was great. Our golden retriever was a bit hard to train as a pup but Robin was very adept with helping us train and has been very responsive to all our questions. Highly recommend!
Robin, Jax Dogwatch hidden fences has made us feel secure about letting Max “Miniature Aussie, out at anytime. He’s a herder by breed and this is keeping him and our neighbors that are runners or riding bikes safe. He sits patiently and watches them go by now. He even seems more relaxed. I wish every company had the JAX DOG WATCH customer service!! We originally chose to use them 5 years ago over the Invisible fence system, that we had at our old house, because of how friendly and quickly they responded.
