I’ll save you a major headache, just don’t deal or do business with Jax Development. They are quick to rent to you and accept the deposit but a lot of things were wrong with them. When you move in the place was not clean, garbage underneath sink and items left from previous tenant. Read lease carefully as hidden meanings fill the agreement. My husband is in construction and we move a lot. Moving to a different state is tough enough, but Jax Development, specifically Seth Franklin is a blessing. He has helped our move become a piece of cake. The homes with Jax Development are cozy and really nice. I feel safe and neighbors are great.
I can not say more than thank you tracey. Being from massachusetts coming into a gorgeous house brand new was a Blessing surely from God. I only stayed 4 months. At 63 yrs old i missed home so much . Tracey allowed me to break my lease to go back home. If i could i would of taken that house with me. Now paying 2,600.00 for an apt sure makes me more appreciative of what God gave me for such a short time. And what great people they ate. Roy and pete our family says hi we miss you!
