Received a message from owners yesterday that they are raising rent by $300 with a ONE months notice. Basically giving tenants less than 30 days to find somewhere new to live come up with deposits etc. I’ve lived in multiple cities, multiple landlords, never had someone with the audacity to do that.

We've rented two different townhouses and a house over the past several years from Jax Development. They have always gone above and beyond to address any concerns we've had, which have honestly been very few and far between. We're not just renting a house, we're renting a home with community and memories for life, and we plan to make many more while renting from Jax Development in the coming years.

I’ll save you a major headache, just don’t deal or do business with Jax Development. They are quick to rent to you and accept the deposit but a lot of things were wrong with them. When you move in the place was not clean, garbage underneath sink and items left from previous tenant. Read lease carefully as hidden meanings fill the agreement.
