If you value your time and money, STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE!!! I was introduced to this company in July of 2024 through a realtor. They talked a big game in the beginning. However, after 6 months my permits were not submitted. After a while, they stopped returning phone calls in a timely manner. In the end, I was held hostage because of a commencement of work they submitted to the city and the permits were not even submitted.
