I called and there was a remote call center rep who was not helpful in telling me if my health insurance was accepted with the Dr. He told me to call my insurance to figure it out, when every office has been able to tell me just fine and provided me availability. I told the rep I felt like he was being unprofessional and disrespectful, then when I asked to schedule the appt in the meantime for me to figure out my availability the rep said no I won’t book it for you now. Dr. Malik is simply one of the best doctors I have ever come into contact with in my 55 years. He works at a level of intelligence that is higher than most. His knowledge and caring demeanor combine for excellent results for his patients. He just knows what to do for every situation. I feel so lucky to have had him as my podiatrist in a situation that could have ended very badly.
