We bought our van 10 months ago and although the purchase was not pleasurable mainly caused by the salesman at the time , but so glad we proceeded with the purchase. From hand over to now getting its first service and fixing some things under warranty it has been nothing but first class and i would like to thank Justin from the Service Dep and his Team for everything you did. Great Vans and after service. Well Done Jawa

After owning a new Retreat Escape for a year and doing a one month trip and 4 smaller trips , We like the layout of the van , however the finish of the van we found substandard for an $80, 000 purchase. We have found the after sales service at the Caloundra service centre to be of a high standard. This was one of the reasons why we chose to go with the Jawa brand, as the service reviews were mostly positive. Would we buy another Jawa van, from a price point and backup service, Yes. Super happy with our van purchase. We chose the infinity 15 bunk and wow!! What a van. Our first trip was to hearvey bay. We were a bit nervous at first because this was the first time but everything went super smooth and within 10 minutes we were sitting down with a cold beer. Thanks so much to Scott and his team for making this dream happen.

We have just had our Jawa Sirocco serviced for the first time. Thank you to Craig who looked after us and the whole team who not only serviced the van, but took care of our small issues - some of which were user error! A huge thanks to the man who returned our much loved van to showroom condition (sorry forgot your name)
