I was making payments on line, I was working from home and using a computer supplied by my employer. I am no longer at that job. I did not write down the info I had on that computer, my mistake. I was unable to reach Javitch for my information. I tried calling several times being on hold for over 30 mins and having to disconnect. I thought they would call me or send me a letter stating I was not making payments and see what was going on. No such thing. I know have received a paperwork for them to garnish my wages. Javitch Block is the most inappropriate and unethical thieving Collections company. If I could leave a negative rating I would. This company doesn't even deserve a 1 star, but unable to give less... It took myself and our mortgage company over 30 days to get through to someone and once I finally got through to their customer service, I was called a liar that they return all their calls within 48 hours and 45 days later, I was still waiting on a call back. Yes, I've tried contacting this business to begin paying on a debt. However, my attempts were unsuccessful; there was no one to answer my questions and the online payment system kept booting out my entered information. Then finally, when a person answered, I stated my reason for calling and she sent back to where there's one answering. So, if I can't get a hold of someone to help with this account, I'm certainly not putting my banking info throw their automated phone system. Thank you, ****** ******

If I could give negative rating I would. This company has hired the worst customer service representatives. They get upset when you try to get information regarding your account after having you on hold for 30 minutes or more. Also, they do not listen to really understand your concerns they are only interested in taking your money. This company has been sent 3 separate checks and claim they only have received 2 of the 3. I had a very good standing loan I have been making payments to thru another reliable company. Unfortunately, and for whatever reason my automatic withdraws stopped over the past 3 months. I just became aware of this issue, and I called the original creditor to resolve my loan. I was told my account had been sold to Velocity. They are very rude, you ask them question no response. They just want you to answer there questions. They do not have any respect, you try to call, they always have an attitude.

Horrible and unprofessional experience. Spoke with a lady and a guy on the phone multiple times regarding a license hold and now getting different information each time before getting hung up on. When calling back to question the different information the company get's rude then hangs up once again.

Javitch Block llc is a cut throat delt collector. There was a judgement 9 years ago on a vehicle i had. This item was removed from my credit report three years ago. In March of 2019 they filed a garnishment with my employer. Without no warning. This should be illegal. Someone needs to close this company down. I will be contacting the Attorney General in the state of WV & Ohio on them and the original creditor as well.
