As I read everyone’s reviews I see NOTHING HAS CHANGED WITH JAVITCH BLOCK LLC! The MOST CORRUPT DEBT COLLECTORS ON EARTH! All I can tell EVERYONE IS: KEEP TRACK OF EVERYTHING YOU DO!!! DONT TAKE FOR GRANTED THAT THESE SCAM ARTIST ARE HONEST PEOPLE, BECAUSE THEY ARE NOT!!! I keep a schedule on my refrigerator. I never received anything from this company till a few weeks ago when I was summoned to court over this, I have since emailed the company twice and still yet to hear back from them, I would like to settle this out of court which I have stated in both emails I sent. Javitch Block Represents Credit Acceptance, in which sadly I defaulted on a loan due to health reasons around 2014/2015. They did all the threatening things that they due, file in court and send requests for a garnishment. I was able to get a loan and pay my settlement offer. I received a copy of my released judgment from the court from Javitch Block. They ALSO ENCLOSED someone's else's information in with mine in a county 60 miles away in Ohio. I have never heard of this company, I never got paperwork, but my employer got a wage garnishment paper from court that i had never seen. I tried calling this company right away the paperwork didnt have my correct ssn or birthdate and advised i had an outstanding balance on a school lone from 21 years ago? They definitely have a "scheme" going with their website. How convenient that soooo many people make payments on their debt yet near the end the website magically decides to not let you make a payment and you cannot reach a live person no matter what you do. I sent I do not know how many emails, sent messages through the contact us page, left numerous voicemails, sent mail to the only address I could locate. No response. The put a civil suit against me without any communications whatsoever. How am I supposed to take care of my account if I don't know about it. I have tried calling several times and waited on the phone for a good 1/2 hour with no response. No call backs either.
I wish you could give negative stars, Javitch Block LLC is a very poorly run business. It is not so much a law firm as it is a collection agency who does not do their job. I have been dealing with this company since 2017. I have left message after message, I have waited on a hold for a "customer service rep" for up to 30 minutes several times. No one ever answers and no one ever returns calls. We have cleared up everything on our credit two (2) years ago to buy our home and now Javitch Block is garnishing my husband's wages ... read more
I have tried to call several times and after being put on hold 32 minutes, the call is forwarded to a voicemail and after leaving messages with my name social security #, phone # and a brief message several times, I still haven't received any calls back. Poor customer service. Afraid to send my money to them for fear that I won't get credit for the payments. Latarsha Osborn
The company will not respond to phone calls, or site contact with my personal information and email. I need a file number and they will not give me the number to RESPOND. The operator transfers you back to the same waiting game or hangs up. I have been on hold waiting to speak to someone several times. I have waited, 15,20,30 minutes. It does not matter to them as they just don't want to be bothered but yet they file a lawsuit against me.
