We went on Tuesday night. I wasn’t expecting a lot of crowd. The food was below average. 4.5/10. I had enchiladas and tamales. They smelled and tasted odd honestly. The guacamole was freshly made which was great item to order. I don’t think I will go again to give it another chance. Service was slow. Maybe the slowest I have seen in any Mexican restaurant
The food is very fresh and delicious. Establishment is very clean. With excellent customer service!
I have passed this establishment since I relocated to Wisconsin 7 years ago. Never see any activity. A sad event had us attending this establishment for a good cause. Never take life for granted. The first thing I quickly noticed. Very good ease of getting in and out of the booths. Extremely comfortable. We just wanted a refreshment and appetizers, and boy, we got a serious amount of food. Javier's is a great family oriented reasturant. Great service, good food reasonably priced. I enjoyed seeing a younger staff really work hard. They must have great parents and/or role models. Nice atmosphere, not loud. You can carry a conversation with whoever you're with. What a concept!
The food is fantastic, service is quick and attentive. The building and general area is run down a bit, but the inside of the restaurant is clean and cozy. We had the Pollo Rico and Fish Tacos. Really great flavor, freshness, serving size, etc. Totally worth eating here.
