I personally travel out of my way to see him. One of the best Barbers I've met. Very open to different hair styles and very experienced.
Javier is a scissors master. Great hair artist and an awesome shop. Update: went to see Javier yesterday, and I gotta return here to say he gives an 11/10 experience. Plus he’s got a brand new line of product that just feels absolutely amazing on my scalp. Best Barber in Rochester!
