He is not a good doctor when I first met him he asked me do I check my sugar I said I don’t have a machine. Do you want to tell me where to get a prescribing one and he said don’t worry about checking it when I went back in two months, he asked me if I had been checking my sugar so right there and shows how thorough he really is and you can’t really say anything because it’s their word again chores and of course they’re usually always right and if you make them mad, they’ll write bad stuff about you on your medical records. ... read more
I had been looking for a PCP for the longest! Well when I came across Dr. Ortiz I was so delighted, he’s extremely helpful and knowledgeable in what he does and he never makes me feel dumb for asking certain questions. When I had pneumonia he was quick to catch it and took care of me, such a great doctor.

I wouldn’t recommend people to come here.
I have been looking for a new PCP for a while now. At my previous Dr I felt she didn’t hear, care for or address my concerns. I called for a new patient physical and they were able to get me in the next day. I’ve always been weary to have a male physician, but my husband sees him and had a great experience. I figured worst thing would be not to like it and keep looking. Today was night and day from previous health care experience. I felt heard.
