Well, I do not recommend this place to nobody because they have the worst customer service. Plus I did it on my purchase with my car. I never went to pick up the jewelry because the purchase was done by mistake and there are refusing to give me back my money, even though it was a pick up and I never picked up

Excelente servicio! Hice dos ordenes en fechas distintas y escribí al chat para verificar cuanto tiempo tardarían mis ordenes en llegar ya que voy a viajar y una dama me llamó para verificar mi información y se aseguró de yo recibir mis órdenes a tiempo. 10/10 very satisfied with all my purchases at Javier The Jeweler!

Producto de muy baja calidad, compre una cadena y vino defectuosa, deben tener mejor control de calidad. (ojo con sus politicas de reembolso que solo duran 3 días).

Esperando que me respondan para una mercancía que ordene en febrero la pague y todavía no esta en mis manos y la gente que trabaja ni el dueño responden y como ya el cobro que se chave el que pago la prenda 🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️🤔🤔 mal servicio
