I gave 5 stars because his crew did an absolutely amazing job of laying our patio stone! It looks beautiful; However, on customer service, I’d give him a 2. He had told us he would come back and seal it for us, or repair issues with ant stones but he never did, nor did he return messages asking him to contact us to get on his schedule.
Simply amazing what Javier did in one day. Javier not only installed the whole sprinkler system in one day but all of the newly installed sod was unharmed and back in original position. The install was clean and works great. Javier and his crew even rolled up my hoses I had been using for the above ground system, which was not very efficient. I would really recommend Javier Ramos Landscaping LLC.
Mr Ramos does excellent work. We had a problem with water running into our basement after heavy rain showers. We called him and he came out the same day and looked over our problem. He told us how he can fix the problem and came out and did a amazing job to put in irrigation to move the water away from our house. Will recommend him to all my family and friends.
