I really don’t even want to give them 1 star at all Cause they didn’t do anything to help or provide more better customer experience only just missed the appointment by a few minutes and all you know they want money $40 just for missing the appointment but then when you try to schedule another one they want you give up more money there just money hungry
Made me feel welcome and explained to me all the steps they will be doing made me feel like home and that I matters and all my concerns on the percedure was answered
Quiero expresar mi agradecimiento hacia Dr. Javier Pérez y su personal de trabajo.Hace aproximadamente 2 años llame a la zar a su oficina por qué se me presentó una emergencia en mi ojo izq. Me dieron la oportunidad de asistir el mismo dia, Dr. Pérez me diagnosticó desprendimiento de retina y el mismo día me consiguió una cita con un cirujano(otro ángel Dr. Kumar, me operó fui su última paciente del día). Gracias Dr. Javier Pérez tengo mis ojitos, DIOS LOS BENDIGA SIEMPRE!!!!

Had a very bad experience here. I was going there for several years but then Dr just did not want to see me any longer because I had my surgery performed by some one else. He had told me something that made me have someone else do my surgery.
