Dr. Monagas was friendly, courteous and patient during our consultation. He listened carefully and asked many questions in order to provide the best options to treat my daughter.
Dr. Monagus is an outstanding doctor. He made my son feel comfortable, informed, and truly cared for. He took extra time to explain everything clearly—even drawing diagrams so both my son and I could understand what was going on. What stood out most was his compassion and empathy. He wasn’t critical or dismissive; instead, he encouraged my son, even when discussing things like enjoying spicy food, while helping him understand the consequences. We left feeling educated, reassured, and very well cared for.
Dr. Monagas is great! I’m so glad that he is part of my daughter’s care team. He’s been very attentive and supportive with her care since the beginning. I highly recommend Dr. Monagas.
Great pediatric gastroenterologist, it took a while to get our appointment but we were extremely pleased with the visit, Dr Monagas took the time to listen to everything we had to say, he was extremely helpful in advising and evaluating our child.
