I recieved a call back to set up an appointment quickly. Even as i was having trouble with my phone. The scheduler was patient and kind and even called me back when the call was dropped. I tecieved an email with all instructions needed. It was easy to follow and thorough. Included whatvto eat and drink and how much! I recieved texts on when to start low fiber diet and prep! All the staff was super attentive and caring. Dr. Balba is the best!
EXTREMELY Friendly staff who communicates well. I was impressed that the staff at all the stations and welcome desk were so friendly and kind.
