He saw my best friend multiple times and nothing about his treatment plan made sense for her medical status or her co-morbidities. He also was not taking her wants into account (aka she did not want to induce early nor was there any medical reason to do so) and was rude, dismissive, and overall had terrible bedside manner. I have worked in healthcare for over a decade and providers need to hold themselves better accountable.
Dr Castillo has no words of sympathy for his patients, In my humble opinion I do not recommend as a Dr. When patients are undergoing difficult situations, they do not need more negatevity and than is just what he is doing. Our daughter was admitted to the hospital with pregnancy complications. She was given the best attention by other doctors in the facility who were supportive to her.
