The worst front desk staff ever . These women are rude and will hang up in your face. The front desk staff (CRISELDA) hung up in my face and denied me service . She then notified me That her Manger(Brandy) “knows her name” when I asked for it . The rudest of them all. Calling me a lier and giving me the run around . BEWARE! The scheduling staff, front office, nurse, and the doctor provided a terrible service overall. There were issues with insurance claims, inconsistent statements about administered treatments upon patient inquiry, and a lack of cooperation when seeking information. The office was incredibly challenging to reach, often requiring over 100 calls to get through, and the responses, when received, were rude and unhelpful. Dr Canon is one of those few Doctors who take the time to actually exam you to see what is causing the pain. After talking with you and listening to you , and looking at your medical history, for me has always made the correct diagnosis regarding my pain. I've been in pain for years and he's the only pain Doctor to help. He's the best!
