I have.been dealing with this Dr. Office for almost 2 years because of kidney stones. The doctor is very unsympathetic in caring for patients. The staff is rude and will bulky you. I recommend if you have a medical need go elsewhere. I would give them a rating of zero if I could. My stones were around .08 but after the mishandling of my care they are tripled in size they will bill your insurance. Please if you care about yourself or loved ones see a different urologist.
My personal experience: DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME CALLING Even if you have a referral, this doctor's receptionist fabricates an reason why she is UNWILLING to make an appointment for you (10/04/18 call). On a subsequent call, she then lies as to why she is still incapable of making an appointment for this doctor (10/09/18 call). This doctor isn't worth seeing when the staff LIES to the patient. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME, STAFF LIES TO THE PATIENT ... DOCTOR PROBABLY THE SAME
Dr. Javidon is worth any phone problem you may encounter, you will not get a Doctor any where that will spend the time to explain your options better then him. I recommended a friend to Dr. Javidon and he thanks me every time he sees me. Dr. Javidon was a second opinion for my friend, and he chose to change Doctors. Both of us had prostate cancer, and neither of us do now. I'm six years cancer free and he is about two years cancer free. Please don't let the phone be the deciding factor in your decision to use Dr. Javidon.
