This was the office in Folsom. I have been trying to make an appointment here. I call and get a answer machine and am told someone will contact me within 72 hours. They don't. I went there to make an appointment in person. It was 12:30 PM and they were closed. I've never had a problem like this at their Carmichael office.
The worst place to go for an appointment it’s three weeks that I am calling to make an appointment they don’t answer the phone.
I have had 2 appointments with Dr James. One was a consult after an ultrasound. I was actually supposed to get a scan. So I did the scan and saw him after that. He explained in detail how my situation wasn’t terrible but we were going to watch and make sure everything remains status quo. I see him again in April. The office was great and actually was able to get me in two weeks earlier in my appointment. I recommend this doctor.
