Initial visit was good with the PA Maryam. Ordered MRI of prostate that showed possible cancer. Was supposed to get a biopsy scheduled right away. I wait and wait and then call. They misplaced my order.Wait another week and the scheduler finally calls to schedule me 3 weeks later. I told both the scheduler and Maryam I wanted nitrous for the procedure. One of the big problems with this practice is the office. You call to a phone tree and it says they will get back to you within 3 working days.That's totally unacceptable! A l... read more

My 86 year old had a cystoscopy appointment. We have been going to him for years. When we checked in, we were told he was running an hr behind. But we end up waiting for over 2hrs! I told them that they should atleast give us a courtesy call ahead of time, so we can plan since it took us 1hr travel one way. While performing the cystoscopy, Dr javidan was no gentleness or care for my dad. My dad was obvious in pain and dr javidan was annoyed and yelled at my dad "to chill" "quiet down" repeatedly while he was doing the biopsy... read more
