Poor quality, inexperienced project management and numerous errors caused delay of home to take 3 years vs. 9 months. Then Javic abandoned project and did not finish home. A nightmare experience and dealing with sales people and inexperienced people that only coordinate subcontractors. Be careful, since Javic talks a big game but then realize they are not builders but coordinators. I have built homes before and my experience with Javic was a nightmare.
