REALLY amazing experience as an over the phone/online customer from out of state. I ordered a bangle listed on their site over the phone from LaDan and received my piece within just a few days! I did have a small issue with the security of the clasp - no fault of theirs. After letting LaDan know about my concerns, she suggested I send it back to adjust the clasp and add an additional security clasp. This is the best jewelry store in Frisco! Amna and her team we're so friendly and help me pick out my perfect wedding ring. I spent the first day just going through inspiration and then the second day going through inventory and it turned out the third day. I ended up building a completely custom piece that was better than I could have ever imagined!
