Speaking my Truth , when I first started out as a patient of Dr Javed ,the ladies attending the front desk were very unprofessional .and Dr Javed didn't spend enough time listen to my complaint But his presence staff are wonderful and Dr Javed is now listening. He is very intelligent in his field.

I recommend that NO one visits this office. If I could give zero stars I would! Worst “Dr” ever. Recently did not refill a routine rx BP Med Secretary told me I had not been to the office since 2018, which to false poor record keeping I was in the office on 2/17/20 wrote Prescription for 90 Supply optimumRx. Now saying i have to come into the office a $40 co-pay visit to get prescription filled. If your health is important avoid this place.

Seen him for 3 or 4 months and office billing was always incorrect; milks the insurance when you have it; rude woman at desk checkin & most recently and worst of all did not refill a routine rx upon my visit and wouldn’t explain why. He left the room and sent the nurse assistant, Andrea who is nice), to tell me that my BMI wasn’t high enough and couldn’t refill my rx. Dr Javed over the many years under his care always was thorough and is proactive. I have always been on the mend under his care.
Horrible experience with the doctor. He is extremely rude and arrogant.
Dr Javed has taken excellent care of my health for nearly ten years. He takes the time to ask important questions and listens! Unlike so many other Doctors. I also appreciate the fact that I have never waited more than 15 minutes. I suggest to all people regardless of age to visit Dr. Javed. I give him five stars!
The best regardless of your age or income. Although it’s an Urgent Care your wait time is less than that of a schedulers appointment with a specialist. I would definitely give Dr. Javed and his staff 5 stars straight across the board. Debra Schubert, Lake Worth
