The care provided by Dr. Hafeez is second to none. He is an excellent physician. However, the inability of his billing office to work with the insurance company and resolve issues has placed my elderly mother in significant difficulty. After seeing Dr. Hafeez for years, the billing code changed and raised the deductible by 300%. Instead of resolving the issue, Dr. Hafeez blames the insurer (United Health Care) whereas the insurer blames the Doctor leaving the patient in the middle.
