I always have a wonderful time here! The staff is always friendly and helpful and the Gelato and coffee is amazing!!
Used to be a great place. Recently it has gone downhill. Ordered a sandwich and was told it would be 15 min. Ok . After 20 minutes, I asked for a status update and the server said he completely forgot about my order. He started it but then got distracted. REALLY! Customer service has changed. Did receive a $5 off for next time. Sorry, won't be going back.
