I hope the owner of Java gets run out of business, he is nothing more than a nosy individual who caused all of this. What if there was a child in that van that the police shot and killed? Then, according to witness accounts, he stood there with the cops to work up the lies. After that, he became rude and aggressive, threatening to have this pet owners van towed. These owners should not be punished for their actions while trying to keep the community safe. The loss of this dog is heartbreaking, but the original call to police was to report a suspicious van, not a "vicious dog." It's unfortunate that this page even exists.

why should facts be hidden? was it to protect the cop and the Java business? Then all the stories would match ? I guess the truth of the matter will come out, However the man that lost his best friend wondering why ? Who is the Justice for Arfee and I hope his owner wins the lawsuit, why because the man has been through hell.
