IPad Java Joe's numerous times and I've always enjoyed it that's why I'm giving a little bit higher rating because today at the Farmers Market I had the worst thing I've ever had. I got the Arnold Palmer we have had numerous times however this time it was made with some sort of fruity tea and little lemonade. My husband got hot apple cider with caramel , I watched them warm apple juice and stick it in a cup not the same thing. Was really hoping for more
I can't believe what has become of this place. It used to be such a cool, hip place to unwind and have a cup of coffee and had amazing staff over the years. Now it feels like a corporate atmosphere, with stand-offish staff that lack genuine customer service skills. I used to go out of my way by 20-30 miles to spend my time and money here a few times a week, with each visit the last few years I've become more and more unimpressed. Time to find something local, for sure!
Very unhygienic none of the tables are clean I ordered a 24oz tea after asking what the other flavor were because it says see other flavors on the menu the batista could not tell me. I then handed her my card she told that she couldn't charge anything under $3.00 and asked if I didn't mind the extra $0.61. As it is the I've been over charged, the size of the cup was wrong and instead of asking me if I just wanted the next size which is $3.25 she gives me a size smaller. Went there for the first time on a visit to DM. I absolutely loved it! Wish there was a location in Omaha!
Coffee. Not great, many other local places brew much better coffee. And the owner or management I encountered weren't very friendly.
