I specifically come here because I love the service I get here. i finally asked the cute little barista her name and she is so SO KIND and very knowledgeable on Java’s drinks! Thank you Jada for always being so welcoming and writing cute notes on my drinks!
I visit Java quite frequently and always have a great experience. Last night I ordered a sugar-free purple drink, and the blonde barista who helped me was outstanding. She’s always smiling, friendly, and very engaging. I really appreciate the consistent excellent service every time I stop by.
We usually have a great experience at the Herriman location but tonight was different! We were served by someone who was either having a bad day or just a bad attitude. He didn't smile, seemed bothered by our questions and requests and then took an oddly long time to input the drink order. Again, it could have just been an off night.
