I have been going to the Java here in Rexburg since it opened and I have to say I love it!! The staff is always so personable and open to conversation but get my drink out so quick! It is literally so refreshing to be recognized as a regular, I’m pretty sure Tylee has memorized my rewards number, it’s amazing! Love Java here in Rexburg!! They are always so quick and the service is great, and every person i’ve been served by is super sweet. They make some pretty good coffee! My go-to every morning.
My go to coffee shop in Rexburg! Always on point. The staff is so welcoming and beyond nice and helpful. Service is fast even when there is a line of cars. They really care about their customers and the community! And the coffee itself is the best around! Never watered down or burnt tasting- always smooth, strong, and flavorful. Lots of variety and not pricey. Plus it’s so cute inside! I won’t go anywhere else.
I’m a little late in writing this, but I wanted to share my experience. I used to come here weekly for their $1 drip coffee deal and to support a small business. Every visit, I ordered the same thing, and each time, the same morning baristas greeted me with nothing but attitude. I eventually stopped coming altogether because of how consistently rude they were. I’m not sure if the owner is aware, but their staff drove away a loyal customer. Now, I’m took my business to Starbucks, where I actually receive good service.
