Did a great one year new home inspection. The builders wanted to use their guy because of the one year warranty, but given the conflict of interest I choose to go with JAV and I am happy I did. He found several issues that the builder needed to fix, saved me thousands.
I am a builder that was asked to go in someones house and cut an illegal hole through a garage fire separation that was on this guys report. They should learn the building codes before charging home owners for incorrect information. This was not even one of my houses.
