I had Jauquet put a roof on my house 13 years ago and it is now leaking. He had us upgrade to 30 year shingles, so I hoped it would have lasted a little longer. I tried to contact him to have him take a look at the roof now that it's leaking, but he never got back to us. Other roofers who have looked at the roof since it started leaking have noticed a number of install issues that I didn't know about which make me hesitant to get another roof done by this company. Had him do my roof on my home a few years back, did an ok job, trying to get him to do my garage .... no calls returned!
