Jathan was amazing. His patience, kindness and expertise helped my grandmother and I to get her house sold for a fair price and in a timely manner. Jathan was far and above any realtor I’ve ever worked with on my recent home purchase. Not only was he extremely responsive and communicative, he also took one somewhat of a caring dad role with houses I looked at, making a point to explain how certain things could be fixed and maintained. He also really advocated for me when my lender made things stressful. Can’t recommend Jathan enough!
