Jathan represented me and my daughter in the purchase of her first home in Fort Collins. From the start he was kind, helpful, and funny. Jathan was far and above any realtor I’ve ever worked with on my recent home purchase. Not only was he extremely responsive and communicative, he also took one somewhat of a caring dad role with houses I looked at, making a point to explain how certain things could be fixed and maintained.
