I had a great experience as a tenant with JAT Properties in Davenport, Florida. Joe Torres was my main point of contact, and he was always polite, professional, and timely. He assisted with any maintenance issues or concerns promptly and effectively. While I was buying a new property, Joe frequently checked in to see if I needed to extend my rental and kept in constant communication about my move-out date, showing great flexibility. This made the entire process much less stressful for me.
Joe was prompt and did everything in a timely manner from the initial house viewing, maintenance and through the end of my lease. Great communication. Dealt with my special requests as well. House was great and pricing is competitive.
Joe was the property manager of the house we rented in Orlando. He was very quick to respond to any substantial issues, which was great! He thought twice about little issues, which I would have appreciated if I were the property owner and was, honestly, reasonable from my end. We paid our bills in a timely fashion so Joe was never an overbearing manager, which we appreciated as his tenants. Overall, Joe was excellent at his job!
Great company to work with. Joe is always responsive to problems that arise and he does his best to make repairs in a reasonable timeframe. No complaints at all. I would definitely recommend JAT property Management LLC.
