I tented my apartment for 2 years. Joe was an amazing Landlord and I was sorry to have to leave. Joe was prompt with all my queries and requests. He responded to every single text, phone call and emails I sent over the 2 years. He is honest and fair. I would definitely rent with JAT property management again. I had a great experience as a tenant with JAT Properties in Davenport, Florida. Joe Torres was my main point of contact, and he was always polite, professional, and timely. He assisted with any maintenance issues or concerns promptly and effectively. While I was buying a new property, Joe frequently checked in to see if I needed to extend my rental and kept in constant communication about my move-out date, showing great flexibility. This made the entire process much less stressful for me.
Joe was prompt and did everything in a timely manner from the initial house viewing, maintenance and through the end of my lease. Great communication. Dealt with my special requests as well. House was great and pricing is competitive.
