No complaints against dr manvar, my PCP, but the customer service and therefore overall practice needs work. Tried to make an appointment at bay parkway over the phone with a toto, was told to travel across Brooklyn because there were no appointments at bay parkway this week. Went to the downtown BK location to have my appointment disregarded and dishonored, as this office runs with the dreaded first come first serve policy.
