Looking through other reviews on Jasperstone, I am more than a little perplexed. My experience buying a house from Izzy and Raymond couldn't have been further from the negative reviews elsewhere on this site. Raymond and Izzy are top tier builders. Their attention to detail and old school customer relationship style are unmatched. I'd give them ten stars if I could. I can't recommend them enough. You will be pleased with their work for years to come if they build your home.
Jasperstone builders were extremely unprofessional and even beyond that were slimy in their practices. Buying a home is a big decision and you want to be sure that all parties involved are reliable and of high character, and sadly this was not the case with them. I am not writing this so that others looking for a house are warned and can save themselves a great deal of trouble. Unfortunate.
My friend had a very unpleasant experience. He was forced out of his contract after several weeks of unprofessional business conduct. I am never going to buy a house from them and recommend you do not either. Not worth the headache. It was supposed to be their new home after a recent wedding. Really unprofessional business. Very sad.
