I’ve been here before and it seems the room I was in 110 could use a facelift plus the morning breakfast could have at least had some fresh fruit to get my day going. There are some great local restaurants close by….
My 90 year old parents stayed there for 1 night and asked to stay another. They were told the hotel was full for the 2nd night, so they found a different hotel. They then attended a funeral, and left their phones off. The Jasper sent them a text saying one was available which they did not see, and then went on to charge them for the room, despite the fact they didn't stay there! When my mother called to have the fee removed, they refused. This is borderline elder abuse!! I would never stay at this disgusting hotel.
This is our second and last time here. We only stayed twice due to the location being close to our family. Even if you call directly to book, you don’t get what you’re told. Last year I booked online and it said on my paperwork that we were in a 2 bed and 2 bath. Turned out to be only one bath, and we share the cabin with my sister in law too, so it’s a total of 4 adults, 2 kids and a baby. I chalked it up to my fault for booking online.
